All crew, passengers killed in Congo crash

All of the crew and passengers on board a Congolese cargo plane which crashed in a neighborhood of the capital Kinshasa on Thursday were killed, a rescue official said.

"All of the members of the crew and passengers are dead," the official, who asked not to be named, told Reuters. An airport official had said there were 17 people on board.
