Police officers at the scene in Stockwell, London Monday Aug. 1, 2005 after armed police investigating the failed July 21 bomb attacks arrested two men in London, Scotland Yard said. Police conducted raids in the Stockwell and Clapham neighborhoods of south London and said they had arrested two men 'on suspicion of the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.'
