California sues company in San Francisco oil spill
SAN FRANCISCO (AFP) - California has filed a lawsuit against the owners of a tanker which struck San Francisco's Bay Bridge in 2007 causing a massive oil spill that killed thousands of birds, a statement said.

Carter Attorney General Griffin B. Bell dies at 90
